A Year in the Making!
Ok, I know I'm late in sending you this feedback and compliment, but I wanted to make sure that I really did purchase a good vehicle. And BOY OH BOY, did I get a good vehicle and a great deal! First, the deal. When I bought my Mini in 2010, you guys were the cheapest and your car had more equipment than any other Mini I looked at. In fact, my car had lower mileage than almost any other I saw at the time. So, in the year that has passed, my Mini has now actually Appreciated in value by almost $2000 from what I can tell, based on what dealers are selling a Mini like mine for.
And it gets better! You told me to expect low to mid 30's mpg and I typically average at 35 - 37 mpg! I love the fact that I was able to pick a car online at your store and it was actually in better condition and a better deal than I expected. Jeff, you really know your minis too. I appreciate the easy-really easy-no pressure and no hassle way of doing business with you guys. My local Mini dealership takes good care of my service needs, but their prices on used are ridiculous. I have sent you several friends, one of whom bought their Mini there, and I will continue to send more people.
If you are reading this and wondering if I was paid to say these things, forget it! I can tell you these guys are the real deal and their selection is the best I've seen for an independent. I highly recommend Cars And Trucks Direct if you want a great used car at a great low price.

Just a quick note to tell you how happy I am with my new truck. I wanted to let you know the Hybrid Tahoe we bought last week is getting 22mpg in town! That’s even better than advertised! I haven’t had a chance to take it out on a long trip yet, but it’s fantastic to get this kind of fuel economy around town in a Tahoe.
