The reason is that the primary motivation of this person is to just "move" a car and create a commission (meaning more cost for you to bear). On the other hand, we are looking for "THE CAR." The one you might find if you had the time and our knowledge.
Ever spent 16-20 hours researching, then 8 or 9 hours in 106 degree heat, rain storms, or freezing cold, walking 4 or 5 miles and picking through 4,000+ vehicles to locate and buy just 4 or 5? We do it all the time--every week, in fact. But we know that this type of effort provides you with best vehicles in the marketplace. We search nationwide and hand select each car using a rigorous selection process. Each car must have a defect-free title, a clean CARFAX and AutoCheck history and almost always with no disclosed prior accidents. We also use sophisticated tools to inspect for unreported paintwork and hidden prior damage that may effect the value we or you would expect to pay.
The inside is just as important as the outside--we do not buy vehicles that we determine have been smoked-in, or any with unpleasant odors or stains in the interior. We look for clean, fresh smelling, well-maintained interiors with as little wear as possible. Overall, our goal is to select vehicles which provide as much of the new car experience as possible when buying used.
Underneath it all-the mechanics of the vehicle--are paramount. Every vehicle we select goes through a multi-point inspection, to assure its safety and quality. We even publish the results for you to see! And each vehicle comes to you fully serviced, beautifully detailed, with clean fluids, and ready to go. Most vehicles we sell are covered by all or part of their original factory warranties. We even back our vehicles with available Service Contracts to extend the original factory warranty.
Our direct buying and direct-to-you process saves you money, because we've cut out the middleman. That also means we're able to provide better quality vehicles, too. We spend most of our time searching for and inspecting vehicles to sell direct-to-you on the Internet. Less than 1 percent of those vehicles we inspect meet our high standards and make the cut. And only about 10% of those are then acquired at a price which allows us to be at the top of the market in quality and the bottom of the market in price.
